Delivery Options

Free – Standard Tracked Shipping on orders over £60: Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is a two day service.

£4.50 – for Standard Tracked Shipping on orders under £60

£6.95 -Royal Mail Tracked 24: Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is a next day service.

£9.95 – Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next day.

Free Shipping for special events such as discount codes will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.

Please keep mind, we can only make the number plates once all documents have been approved. Email or upload documents soon as the purchase has been made.

Refund Policy

We recognise that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our Refunds Policy delineates the guidelines and procedures for securing a refund on your custom number plate order.

Eligibility for Refunds:

1.1. Quality Issues: You are entitled to a refund if the custom number plates you receive exhibit flaws or quality issues arising from our production process.

1.2. Incorrect Information: Should the custom number plates deviate from the specifications provided during the ordering process, and the error is on our part, you are eligible for a refund.

1.3. Delivery Issues: Refunds are applicable if your custom number plates are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or experience significant delays due to issues within our control.

1.4. Cancellation: Refunds can be issued on cancelled orders, where the plates have not been made. If you are in doubt please do not submit documents.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

2.1. Customer Error: Refunds are not applicable if errors or issues with the custom number plates result from incorrect information provided by you during the ordering process. Therefore please double check your details before submitting them.

2.2. Change of Mind: Orders where the customer has a change of mind or decides against the custom number plates are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Procedure:

3.1. Contact Us: If you believe you meet the refund criteria outlined in Section 1, please contact our Customer Service team within one week of receiving your number plates, or immediately if you wish to cancel.

3.2. Provide Evidence: Clear photographic evidence of quality issues, damage, or discrepancies with your number plates may be required.

3.3. Return of Merchandise: In certain cases, we may request the return of the number plates for inspection, providing you with instructions for the return process.

3.4. Processing Time: Upon receiving the necessary evidence and/or returned merchandise (if applicable), we will review your case and initiate the refund process on the same day of approval.
